Pixel 2 watch gift received wrong colour

So I chose the blue one to match my phone and surprise surprise when I finally got it, it was that dirty underwear white which I hate now. How can I get what I want or this is North Korea. You choose what you want. They give you what they want. This is stupid. Can anybody give me an idea where should I make a complaint or try to have this thing resolved? My girlfriend had the same issue. We both chose the blue to match the phones and we got the nasty white

It was the pixel 8pro and yes the watch was the promo but I received the wrong colour bands , I ordered the blue ones so it will match the phone and I got the white ones
