Samsung C3050 unlocking

Hi,

Super old phone. Filled in the form to unlock the phone through EE, have the unlock code but the link to go to the instructions doesn't work (just takes me back to the generic unlock your device page). Just putting in the code when there's an O2 sim card in doesn't work. Just wondering if anyone knows how to get past this.

I guarantee they will not be able to unlock this device. You are best searching online as you might be able to unlock the device yourself.

Nah, I've had a look myself and the instructions are all related to multiple codes being inserted but EE only provided one. I figured this would be the case due to the age of the phone but was hoping someone knew. Thanks anyway
