Can somebody help?

I recently purchased an xbox series s as an add-on to my phone contract.

It is supposed to come with 24 month of game pass ultimate, I have received a text saying i can activate, however I don’t have a code to input.

I have also cancelled by current subscription I have with xbox for the game pass ultimate which ends tomorrow (13/10/23)

If I don’t receive a link within the next 24/48 i am going to be without the service and unable to play.

You shouldn't need to enter a code manually.

Did you receive the PIN code to verify your subscription successfully?

Hi James

I received a text message from EE yesterday saying I can now activate my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, with a link to activate it.

When i press on the link it takes me onto the EE Xbox page and asks for a 25 digit code
