Hi I've just got the X6 Play for my daughter but can't use it as there seems to be no sim... can this be connected as an eSim?

Was there a SIM card included in an envelope in the packaging?

I have just bought 2 and the sims came in an envelope - however both have been in the watches for 6 hours and still no signal…

It can take up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate, but this may well happen sooner.
