Hello, I signed up for a contract for a phone and a number and you have already withdrawn the first payment. Yesterday I called the number and confirmed everything. Since my English is not very good, I would like to know when I can get my phone and SIM card?

@Diana2004 You probably paid them upfront cost not the cost of the monthly tariff. The iPhone 15 range isn’t out until Friday as that’s the release day for these devices.
