Sorry, but I don't think that Menu >Manage Device is an offered option

Instead, I went into Menu >Account Settings - scrolled down to the Unlock Your SIM / eSIM section and my PUK Code was displayed

I input the PUK Code into my phone, and it then asked me to create and confirm a new PIN number - my phone is unlocked
