      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE, as a network operator, sell phones with subscriptions - be they pay-monthly contracts or PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could buy a new PAYG phone and not use the SIM, otherwise your options are as suggested above. SIM-free phones can be purchased from various online retailers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
