      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved abroad and my contract ended last month. I try to unlock it online but after I enter IMEI I get an error, "something went wrong on our side". I tried like 30 times.over the last month, it still does not work. Please get in touch with me over email and let me know what to do. I cannot call customer support as contract expired and I am abroad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was told by customer support that the device is locked and I will be able to unlock it online after the contract ends.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
