New handset

I'm on a sim only plan but handset is broke. Can't receive or make any calls or play music etc. Can't afford new handset or upgrade. What's my best option?

Thanks but was hoping for advice on solving problem on the existing handset. Any ideas? Can't use headphones, rings but won't let me accept calls and can't make calls. Weird and frustrating!
