Not backed up. Lost the lot.

I cracked my screen. Got replacement through insurance. Didn't have none of my Gmail backed up. Lost the lot. Don't have back up email details or have a clue what back up phone num is. Is there anything ee can do as all my passwords photos certificates allsorts saved on the Gmail address I can't access.

Welcome to the community.

If your phone has not been backed up I don't believe there is a way to retrieve the data.

Was your phone an android and are you discussing your Google account?
