Today my phone was removed from being blacklisted in error - does anyone know how long on average would it take to be active again, I should have asked while I was on the phone? Many Thanks.

My iPhone was put on blacklist twice from EE accidently now no other network sim is working expect EE and EE said everything looks fine on our end, do you know why is this so and what is the solution?!!

Is your phone blacklisted or is it locked to EE?

If it was blacklisted, no SIM would work in it.

Hiya, it has been removed from blacklist and EE and other Three sim is working fine but not the one I was using in it before which is from O2, it is not locked by EE it is an unlocked phone.

If two SIM cards are working in the phone, it doesn't sound locked or blacklisted.

Does the 02 SIM work in any other phone?

Yes it is working just fine in other phones I have checked.

I'm not sure why two SIM cards would work and one wouldn't, @mohsinkhusro.

Can you double check your IMEI number on our Unlocking Page?
