Hello moving over from Vodafone to EE

But having a lot trouble getting a MCK code from Vodafone not even sure they know what a MCK code is? Why is it so hard to get a MCK CODE? just going around in circles with Vodafone.

How do I get the code? Please help me

Welcome to the EE Community,

only Vodafone's unlocking team can provide you with MCK code EE can only provide a MCK code for a device that was supplied directly from EE.

Yes I have an unlock code.

But It doesn't work its asking MCK code which vodafone are struggling to get for me!!
