Hi I want to order a pair of these to see if they help me with my deafness I have a cochlear implantI wanted to know does the mic pick up speech in noisy situations and are they returnable if not suitable ?

@Dihort You get a 14 day cooling off period with online sales. You need to be a contract customer of EE and be within the first 17 months of that contract to order these online via the add to plan store. If you’re not an EE customer you can place an order at any EE store and they would order these in for you. You have the same rights to return a product as with any shop purchase as these are not a device on contract.

If you order in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
