Where to put the PUK code

Hi, my daughter has blocked the SIM on her Nokia 105 (don’t ask) anyway I have the PUK code but there are no settings for SIM that I can find, so how do I unlock it please?

@angee39 Have a look at THIS But you should be prompted to enter this when you start up the device instead of the sim pin code.

Thanks Chris, there is no lock code on the phone so it just restarts - no option for the SIM just that it is blocked in the corner. She put random numbers in as didn’t understand what she was doing & now phone is blocked from calls etc. shall I order a new SIM?

Thanks for posting.

If you are unable to enter the PUK code you would need a new SIM card, please call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586 to get a replacement SIM card sent out.
