Hello

We are a small business that deals with smartphones. We now unlock them and use the dedicated unlock area of the EE website. Why does it ask me for additional information such as my name, email and contact number on certain smartphones?

Does that mean that not all unlock codes will be available straight away due to the model of phone?

Yes, the unlock procedure can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
