    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's obviously a scam. Just look at the mispelled "&lt;STRONG&gt;tvlicens&lt;/STRONG&gt;" in the link. The true link is &lt;A href="https://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt; .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That domain, faked to look like TV Licencing, was only created yesterday in Texas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
