Possible Spyware on my Samsung/Android

Hi,

My Santander UK bank account has been compromised. The scammers knew searches I'd made, hotel and Car Hire bookings, manipulated my banking app etc. I've been onto Santander UK Security for the last 3 days - and they have now closed my accounts and app, blocked cards, etc. This all started when my credit card was getting declined while making bookings. Security suggested I get the best anti-spyware onto my phone and get it cleaned.
Can EE or anyone out there recommended any good anti spyware?

Hi @Spudee1917

Unlikely to be your device, more likely your email is insecure or you have used public wifi without a VPN.

Factory resetting your phone will be enough over installing any software. Make sure you know what apps you're installing. I use Lookout on my phone and Kaspersky on my tablet. Both are good options.

Samsung have McAfee ( i think) look under battery and device care in setting.
