Phone calls

Hi, I'm getting a lot of phone calls that starts with it's a message from the Chinese consulate in English then goes on to say something in Chinese. I have been blocking the number but they keep phoning back on a new number. I should point out it's a recorded message.

Has anyone else been having this problem?

You're doing the right thing in blocking the callers.
