Do you mean if you ring a Radio Station, ie, Radio ABC, it doesn't Ring because a Bar is in place?

If so this is not an EE Network Issue, this is a Telecoms Bar put in place by the Radio Station in question, you would need to ring the Radio Station from a different number and explain your intentions or reasons for them to allow you access.

Texts to Radio Stations or thier Competition Text Numbers are normally chargeable outside of your Text Allowance, do you have enough Credit, or a Spend Cap or Premium Rate Call / Text limit applied to your Account.

Iv tried that but its not texting message system isn't working at the moment so can you UNBAR ME ON MY PHONE NUMBER PLEASE TAKE OFF 3RD PARTY BAR REMOVE IT

If texting UNBAR to 150 isn't working, you will need to speak to our Mobile Care team to remove the bar from your account.
