      <title>EE are not dealing with my situation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I sent the below email to the EE fraud team as requested by the complaints team - attached is the response from the fraud team which is absurd - I feel at this rate I’m just being passed back and forth - I’m going to become very public now and keep posting my situation until it is dealt with - I have attached the fraud teams response- pls can someone competent help me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1D9DFBFC-684F-472A-A07D-5A4E62AB665C.jpeg" style="width: 1170px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/26866i8D2137DFB097D86C/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1D9DFBFC-684F-472A-A07D-5A4E62AB665C.jpeg" alt="1D9DFBFC-684F-472A-A07D-5A4E62AB665C.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The situation: ( I have sent this to the fraud team with my personal details and my ee account number)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been going back and forth&amp;nbsp;with EE for the past 2 months now explaining the same crap over and over again - this is not the first time someone from EE has used my account to add numbers and new packages on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First of all - in 2019 when I first applied to my EE contract to buy my iPhone 12 in red color mysteriously another phone number and phone was added to my EE account which was charging me double my contract - I noticed after my direct debit came out as double charged - I then refuted this and EE finally took the mysterious number off my EE account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now 2 months ago the same thing&amp;nbsp;happened- for some reason someone from EE is targeting my account - this time they have added 4 extra NUMBERS so my bill has now sky rocketed to around £800 bear in mind I have paid my bill for June and July !!!! My bill should only be around 50-60 each month…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now I have explained to a number&amp;nbsp;of&amp;nbsp;people from EE that I will not be paying a penny of that £800 as that is not mine to pay!!! Why would I pay for 4 more contracts if I can't afford them all including the contract I am on and why would I still have my iPhone 12 in red ??? Would I not have the iPhone 14 pro max by now as per the other phone contracts that have been added to my EE account ???? Please make it make sense....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even though I have spoken to a number of&amp;nbsp;people from EE about this issue I am still being threatened with my contract shutting down due to 'arrears'- Please this is not fair on me - this is the second time fraud has resulted on my account - if this is not dealt with asap and if these numbers and contracts are not removed from my EE account - I WILL SUE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note that I was told by EE last week that apparently those contracts were purchased in a Birmingham EE retail store - why would I travel all the way to Brum when I'm from London????? Also - pls note one of your colleagues blocked those 4 numbers In June so why have they been unblocked ??? I demand you deal with this because this is not fair - I am not sure why EE are always targeting my account - I'm sick of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;numbers and details of the mysterious numbers below:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;07376 449 683&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;07947 740 101&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;07947 791 738&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;07947 791 740&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have provided everything pls do your job and deal with it. - i am not paying a penny of something that is not mine in the first place - remove those contracts off my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
