I've just been cald called by a man addressing me as Ma'am from 01425 471102, wanting me to confirm my details so I could have a 50% discount from my bills . He said it wouldn't cost me anything! Must have thought I fell with the last shower of rain. Didn't give him any details as it was a cold call. He wouldn't confirm with me what my last payment was or what me email address was. In the end he got frustrated and hung up!

Hi and welcome to the community, @HELENTIBBETTS94

Thank you for sharing this with us, you're right to be cautious. This number isn't on our list of EE partners.

Could you send a message to 7726 with the number that called you please? That way it will be checked by a security team.

Thanks

Chris
