I’ll start by saying yes I do want to watch adult movies, gory stuff on the internet, also dating websites. To be blunt, very obvious to anyone who wants to do it.

I can’t download the app, is there a way of doing this on the web??

You must be on PAYG. On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
