EE itself hacked repeatedly to get at my account

EE found several changes to my broadband and mobile phones account not made by EE or BT people which would leave electronic footprint.

3 times SIM cards have been remotely disabled/locked not by EE and replacement new numbers sent only to be hacked/locked again.

An unknown network unknownssid has jumped on my broadband every time I turn off airplane mode for over a year, bypassing Gryphon mesh security and secure TP Link router.

So furious now am going to sue EE in small claims court for what this has cost me in trying to secure broadband phones and tabs myself.

The only temporary halt was when EE recently locked my account for a week. It needs to be permanently locked as EE itself is clearly hackable.

Anyone else have this problem, join me in suing EE and making this risk public.

How can an unknown SSID jump on you BB. There are always other networks around in your neighbourhood but they're not connected to your router. It's devices that connect to routers, not networks.

It’s possible put Wi-Fi analyser on phone saw much more info it’s when someone is hiding their ID to hack into your network- ask a hacker this is a known problem

Found out this morning that EE name on my account isn't my name!!!!

Customer Services couldn't help. Advise "go to a store"

How could this happen

Dude you also have been hacked. ID theft or someone malicious. At least 5 changes made by EE itself being hacked. Someone else not me created a Samsung account and a my EE account.

AVOID anything Android like monkey pox, Apple iPhone iOS 10 minimum can be upgraded to latest operating system with v good anti hacking protection.

Malicious hacker who got into my EE actual account disabled SIMs rendered bagful of Android phones useless couldn’t reset to factory then covered tracks by removing evidence of hacking from EE itself.

This is all real not imaginary, loads of evidence myself.

Better check with credit agencies asap, change all emails and passwords. Try Proton secure free email, kill WhatsApp, use Threema or Signal.

More money made by selling personal info than scamming you once.

EE will deny this is possible but believe me - it is…

Store won’t be able to help you. Call Action Fraud asap and check for ID theft they’ll tell you exactly what to do

Today I went into a store to upgrade my phone. An hour later someone called me from EE. It was their phone number.It was their phone number.Except it wasn’t EE. It was a scammer.It was a scammer.Unfortunately they got my mother’s maiden name.

EE did absolutely nothing to track down the criminals. They just told me I should call my bank.EE did absolutely nothing to track down the criminals. They just told me I should call my bank.I’m appalled that a company of this size can’t be bothered to track down criminals and there is clearly a leak somewhere in the store because how else with these people know who I was.

I did speak to tow reps at EE. They were spectacularly unhelpful. They did nothing to track the criminals. And not only that, I was sold a contract that was not what I asked for. Then I was mislead by two customer service reps. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I would get a call from a manager within two hours. That was 4 hours ago. EE has gone right down the pan.
