I remembered that when i spoke to EE last year i asked how do i tell if it is actually an official EE person?....They replied ask for certain letters from your password like we ask you when we phone.. Oh great i said will try that when someone phones pretending to be EE..Guess what!!! I did ask this person for my 1st and 5th letters of my password...His reply i am from marketing and dont have that information, do you want this cheaper deal??
