I got a popup saying i was locked out of appstore as I had too many viruses. To remove viruses click on link. Is this a scam and how do i get rid of it.?

@Frances147 : Could well be! Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

Welcome to the community.

From what you've described, I'd recommend avoiding the link and not entering any personal details.

Try closing the pop-up and reopening what you were doing before it appeared. If it continues to appear, try restarting your device.
