Hi, Why am we always getting scam calls from EE numbers. We know these numbers are probably spoofed by the scammers, but in this day of technology is there no way EE and prevent this or at least disrupt the scammers. A simple online form on your website would be very helpful for people to submit these numbers and have them blocked immediately. I am tired of constantly having to block these EE numbers from robo callers. I have an very elderly relative who lives with us and she could easily answer the call and follow these scammers instructions. All the mobile companies need to do their bit.

Todays mystery EE robo caller: O7967 205707

Claimed to be from my bank : recorded message scam, " received 2 charges through your card this morning, the first charge is £199 from Amazon and the second charge is £899 from Zoom. We believe it to be suspicious and unauthorised transactions you have never used these services past through your card. To allow these transactions press 1 or cancel and to get through to bank security department press 2

Surely EE could put a form on their website to report these numbers. Have checked both these numbers on who-called.co.uk and other checking websites and all report the operator is EE.
