    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just had a call from 020 3010 7675 claiming to be from EE and saying that my SIM card would be deactivated and a new SIM would be sent to me. The person closed the call when I said I would research the issue to see if this were true. Am I right to assume it's a scam?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
