Hi,

my daughter has had a message from what she believed was her friend to send a code to help her login in to her account, we have discovered this is now a scam and has allowed in app purchases from PlayStation for billing purposes she then got a message saying she has allowed purchases from her EE account how can we stop this happening as we are worried they may start to charge in her account

Get your daughter to change her My EE password as soon as possible.

I'd suggest she calls EE tomorrow to make sure it's noted on your account and they can look at any possible charges.

It's also worth texting the word BAR to 150 to block charge to bill.
