@robh661 : You need to obscure your email addy for your image to be approved. I use Paint under Windows.

Can you see the URL underlying "Start Survey" & the email addy underlying "EE"?

I wasn’t using the PC as they was going through an update procedure. That was sent straight from my phone. I’ll try again later on.

Just tried the survey button and it comes up with Prozac.cc and Safari automatically blocks the webpage from loading.

It's obviously a scam! The link in it is not even to EE (domain ee.co.uk).

Report spam emails to EE by forwarding the email to phishing@EE.co.uk .
