secure vpn startup

i have EE cyber security running on a windows 11 pc, whenever i try to start the Secure VPN i just get a spinning circle, and nothing happens. I am logged into my account.

I have re installed EE cyber security and it made no diffeence.

Any ideas ?

Are you able to deactivate Cyber Security and see if this still continues? You will be able to reactivate this after checking.

I have tried this and i seem to no longer get the prompt to start Secure VPN anymore, thanks for your help

Thanks for coming back to us @MartinHolder.

That sounds like it should be now, as the Secure VPN isn't meant to be part of the EE Cyber Security package, so would have been showing in error.

ok, but i keep getting an Alert in my Cyber Security to 'Turn on you auto VPN' ?

@MartinHolder Is this still happening after you de-activated and reactivated? As mentioned the VPN is not part of the Cyber Security package and should not appear as an option to enable. Do you have the option in app settings of disabling the notification?

Since doing a 'Reset all settings' the alert seems to have stopped now, thanks
