Illegal disconnection.!!!!

Why is it when you call EE to stop a fraudulent disconnection and they ignore it and EE then disconnects my landline and broadband allowing scammers to take £ 22,000 out of my credit cards and no one apologises or even contacts you after the event.It will be interesting to find out who takes the wrap for it Senior Managers take note.

If someone has (Most likely accidentally) applied to take over your connection then EE are able to stop it with sufficient notice. They are only permitted to email and I believe send a letter advising of this. I am not sure what a disconnected broadband has to do with any type of fraud but that would be something to take up with your card provider.
