Received a phone call from Ee from a mobile number 01708918652 don’t reckon the number and thought we customer service ring on an 0845 if need more info about orders placed don’t know if it’s a scam call or not as didn’t answer but wondering if it’s genuine

Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from.

01708 is not a mobile number, it's a landline prefix for the Romford area. What makes you think the call was from EE?

0845 numbers have been quite expensive for several years now, EE CS are on 150 or 07953 966150.

Outbound calls from EE CS are usually from 07973 100194
