Hi there,

We've had a report from a user that our website has been flagged under the category malware and they are unable to access it. Url is below, can anyone confirm either way?

https://10ways.com

Specific url they were using: https://10ways.com/fbredir.php?orig=http://go.redirectingat.com/%3Fid%3D28234X1548070%26url%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fwww.ecookshop.co.uk%252Fecookshop%252Fproduct.asp%253Fpid%253D79113357969030

Thanks

Over what network, mobile or Home BB?

EE doesn't flag malware. Could it be their browser doing it? Let them use another browser.

EE does flag adult sites via their Content Lock. Let them set their Content Lock to OFF.

Hi @chris_10ways

The first link on the site does not give proper credit to the stories it is quoting and is also linking via affinity links, particularly using Skimlinks. Skimlinks does not have the best reputation and can potentially redirect users to unreliable or harmful sites.

Given these concerns, I believe the current categorisation of this site is correct.

Thanks,
