Thanks . Whenever I search Norton website on my phone will I automatically be directed to the shared Norton/EE webpage. I ask because I already have a Norton account from all the times I purchased their virus protection for my computer. I was able to sign into my.norton.com (the one that has the Norton and EE logos together) with my EE password . But when I tried to sign in to check something on Norton on my laptop my EE password does not work.

Hello .When I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 10 Pro I got the Essentials Plus Unlimited Plan. Within the plan I have Scam Guard. Yesterday I activated three months of free Cyber Security Duo. I connected one of my email accounts to the Norton Dark Web Monitoring.

My first question is would I be able to connect another account to Norton Dark Web Monitoring ? My second question is can I install Norton Cyber Security on four more devices for free to make it five in total ? The reason I ask is because on my Norton account it says "you can install Norton on 4 devices" . However on a post about a similar topic someone from the EE Community Support Team told a customer "Cyber Security Duo is real time protection for up to two devices".

@Anth7 at the time that a reply was posted it was two devices. It is now five devices, So yes you can have 4 more devices. You can add more accounts/email addresses.

Not sure why it’s still called Duo. The cost used to be £2 and it was for two devices, the price went up to £2.50 but so did the number of devices you could add under the Duo subscription.
