EE- Blocking a safe site (no parental controls)

EE is blocking the domain https://preview.mailerlite.io/ We can't access it via EE broadband but can via other providers.

We use MailerLite, an established company to send marketing emails, EE does not block the main site www.mailerlite.com but has blocked the domain used to show emails in a browser https://preview.mailerlite.io/

For example our email
https://preview.mailerlite.io/preview/1266181/emails/169821043218711573

How can we fix this?
