&lt;P&gt;I've just moved your post to its own thread here, as what you've described here sound a bit different to number spoofing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're noticing your name and number being used to open separate bank accounts, you definitely need to report this to the bank in question using the number on their official website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's a chance if you receive a text telling &amp;nbsp;you to call a number that this could be fraudulent, so only ever call numbers listed on cards or the contact us pages of their official site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend to raise this with the police via &lt;A href="https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;Action Fraud&lt;/A&gt;, too,&lt;/P&gt;
