No-Reply@e-mail.ee.co.uk

I upgraded over the live chat but it all felt very suspicious. I’m an upgrade anytime customer and the plan the guy gave me meant I had to pay an early upgrade fee (I’ve had my phone over 12 months so there shouldn’t be a fee as I’m trading in) when I mentioned this he changed the deal. I was then charged for delivery of the device when it was originally free, he asked me to press on a link to pay it, I declined as asked for it to be added to the next bill. The confirmation email for my upgrade came through on the email above but it doesn’t look right? I panic with such things, please can someone confirm is this is a genuine email address that EE use.

Hi @Keighley98

I can confirm that the email address that you posted is a legitimate email address that we use to send out communication.

Although there shouldn't be an early upgrade fee if you've had your phone for over 12 months and you're trading in your fully working, undamaged phone, there may be a handset charge, depending on the phone that you're going for.
