Vade(AbuseIPDB) is blocking my email

I've just been informed that my email is being blocked by Bade because my phone IP address was reported to AbuseIPDB 19hrs ago. Apparently I've been involved in brute force attacks on web page logins, services like SSH, FTP, SIP, SMTP, RDP etc.
The person who reported me (Ariene Blow) is based on France and they have reported over 35,500 IP addresses since they joined AbuseIPDB in April 2024. Every report I've looked at is identical to the report filed against me.
I'm 71 years old and wouldn't know where to begin to do the things I've been accused of.
It says I can create an account on AbuseIPDB to request that my IP address is removed but it all sounds a bit suspect to me.

Any ideas on how to resolve this please?

I'm not familiar with this kind of issue, how was it that you came to realise your email had been blocked?

I first became aware of it when I got email delivery failure notices saying Vader had blocked my emails because I was a risk!! Quite obviously GUILTY until proven innocent. 🤬🤬

The person (???) who reported my IP has reported more than 35,500 other IPs from all around the world, for exactly the same reason, since April 2024.

I could create an account on the AbuseIPDB system, keying in lots of personal data, and then request that my IP address is removed from their database. I wonder how much that would cost me??? Call me a cynic!!

I've actually overcome this problem by subscribing to a VPN on MalwareBytes.
