Recieved spam call proporting to be ee about my acc. from tele no 07700178712 told them you are spam call and have nothing to say

You can report the call to be investigated at Report a scam call | Help

You can also check if a call is genuine and from us on our How Do We Contact You page.
Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from page.

If you're concerned about unsolicited contact from other companies, you can visit How to avoid and prevent scams including phishing, vishing and smishing for hints on how to block and prevent these.

Had call from 07379 861191 stating my sim would be disconnected- hung up and blocked

If you haven't already, I recommend reporting the number using our Report a scam call form. This will be passed on to our partner Hiya, who’ll use it to improve call protection in the future.

Blocking the number is a good step to prevent further contact. It's always best to be cautious with unexpected calls.
