SMS filtering for ios

I have just purchased the cyber security addon. When trying to setup message filtering the instructions are wrong. They state that after selecting the option to filter messages from unknown senders I should select ee as the filter to use. I am not given the option to select a filter to use. Am I missing something here?

@Pelicanmike open setting/apps/messages and you’re looking for UNKNOWN AND SPAM click it and then you can select EE cyber security .

@Pelicanmike It doesn't look like your replies are coming through here, bar the automatic email signature.

If there's anything in particular you're trying to share it may be better to do this natively via our forums instead of replying directly to the notification emails 😊
