If you disclosed the PIN within any OTP messages, then you should regard the caller as having been given full access to your EE account.

Suggest you contact EE-CS on 150 ASAP to take the necessary action.

Hi. So. I always think myself savvy but I think I’ve been scammed.

No bank details were exchanged; just my address & the date of birth on the account — They knew my name already. They also had my previous addresses. They said I had a sim card upgrade & the messages I was receiving with PIN codes was from EE. I also do have an official tracking number from DPD. Nothing seemed untoward until they mentioned ‘AirPods’ in the parcel too. Now I’m worried I’ve been scammed.

What do I do.

@felixmillstone Are you saying someone called you ? And you then proceeded to provide information? If you did then yes your being scammed and if the scammers contact you and request that you return the AirPods because that’s not what it’s supposed to be on your order to an address supplied by them do not do it. You need to call customer support.

you got codes from EE and that’s because the scammer was requesting this and you was getting the code and then you gave that code to the scammer to use.
