Cyber security multi

Have just switched to EE from BT and have subscribed to Cyber Security Multi. Then I get a text message offering me 3 months free on Cyber Security Duo! Are these the same? If I have the multi then surely I don’t need the Duo?

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

The Duo version of Cyber Security covers you for two devices and would usually be £2 a month, whilst the Multi version is £5 a month and covers you on up to fifteen devices.

It largely depends on what you were looking to protect, but if the Duo is a better fit for your needs, we could potentially look to cancel the Multi subscription so you can then go for this offer.
