Hi there, I've been given a bill and I believe it isn't genuine. Can anyone verify this?

Looks like a genuine EE first bill to me and the details of the airtime plan line up with what is being sold by EE currently.

Did you not order a phone recently or what is leading you to believe it is fake?

It looks like someone has got a hold of and used your details to fraudulently take out a phone contract in that case.

I will provide a link below to the Fraud help page on the EE Site. This features some useful advice and links, such as to Action Fraud.

I would advise to report this via Action Fraud as soon as possible and that reference number can be taken when you contact EE.
