I have recently been receiving calls from 0191 429 7590 registering as EE on my call id. Today I answered the call and confirmed my identity with a Pin request, didn't give any other information. The operator was called Jasimine and shared links with an ee email address linked / offering updates and offers. Seemed friendly and the usual style of contact for EE. The links looked pretty genuine.

The only concern was that she didnt know my email address.

Once the call ended, from these concerns, I have looked this up online and suggests that this is spam / con call.

I have logged into my EE account and cannot see any any account changes. I have changed my password for log on.

The only official details I shared was the pin request, nothing else that she didnt already know.

What else can I do to make sure nothing else is a risk?

If anyone calls you again and asks for personal information regarding your account, tell them nothing, if they are legit they will know your information. If they rang me I would tell them my pin was f0ff. So many scams going about these days, just be careful 😀
