My daughter got message on tick tock and shared a code with phone number without talking to me now 4 x £39.99 added to bill ... we have spend cap need to speak to someone

A Spend Cap can’t restrict:

charge to bill services like using your mobile bill as your App Store payment method or to enter text-based competitions and make donations

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, the spend cap would not restrict any charges from 3rd party sources. There is more on what is and isn't covered by the spend cap on our Set up and manage Spend Cap page.

Is there anything showing next to the charges, like a code or description, to show where it has come from?
