&lt;P&gt;I can imagine this must have come as quite a shock, but I'd like to reassure you that the spoofer doesn't have any actual control of your number / allowances.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They're purely just using software to make it look like a UK number is the one calling, and have happened to choose yours on this occasion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst it's not possible for us to stop this, from most reports I've heard they tend to change the numbers being used regularly, so this should stop very soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it did persist though, we can absolutely help change your number as a last resort, and our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;customer care team&lt;/A&gt; will be happy to help review your options.&lt;/P&gt;
