i think my number has been spoofed. Is there any suggestions how to stop this?

@Chappers-10 there’s nothing you can do to stop someone from spoofing your number the only option you have is to request a change of number via calling customer support. And then you can still happen to that one at some point that’s not to say it will or could happen again

I can imagine this must have come as quite a shock, but I'd like to reassure you that the spoofer doesn't have any actual control of your number / allowances.

They're purely just using software to make it look like a UK number is the one calling, and have happened to choose yours on this occasion.

Whilst it's not possible for us to stop this, from most reports I've heard they tend to change the numbers being used regularly, so this should stop very soon.

If it did persist though, we can absolutely help change your number as a last resort, and our customer care team will be happy to help review your options.
