    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's probably a scam as the call came from a mobile no. &amp;amp; not a landline that EE usually uses.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Report spam calls by filling the form @ &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/exp/help/contact-bt/form/scams" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/exp/help/contact-bt/form/scams&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like you've given away access to your MyEE. If you can still get into it I should check it's all OK &amp;amp; change your pwd &amp;amp; other creds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Contract discount phishing scam</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a phonecall from a random mobile number and they were claiming to offer me 40% on my current contract offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said I would receive a text from EE with a pin code and wanted me to verify what the code was. The text was a genuine EE text message but it was "Your PIN for resetting your EE ID security answer..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was always suspicious of the phonecall but he sounded like he was in a call centre and he uses the genuine EE message as a way to "verify that it's legit".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As soon as I hung up another random mobile number rang but I just ignored it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The numbers were:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;07393 369016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;07442 424829&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
