I recently ordered internet at home from BT, and then I received a call from a number +44 1913896336 with exactly the same details that I provided to BT, and they offered me a monthly internet plan and an Apple Watch, they sent me a link with the website eu2.lightico.com to sign up and everything, is this number and these proposals real?

I accepted the offer and did the entire process on the website they sent and said the items would be posted tomorrow, so is it true? But I didn't receive any email and it doesn't show on my website and the order, I was worried.

As @Leanne_T has mentioned above, this number is genuine and shows as one of our partners. I'm confident that there's nothing to worry about @romagnolisz

Your online account wouldn't update until any equipment has been sent out.

Do you have the DPD app, and is there anything showing for delivery yet?

If you've received no further confirmation, our customer service team will be able to check your account and see if the offer discussed has been processed successfully.
