Since I have never blocked someone, I cannot answer what the person sees, probably undeliverable or something similar, I would have thought.

1) If you block someone what do they see other end? Do they see undeliverable?

2) is there a way to print texts so you have proof of anything. I have this downstairs neighbour most of the time is ok, but every now and then loses it or in a drunk stupa I dont know, but then sends random angry texts on my days off, I only have weekends off work so want to enjoy them, not be upset, and have to stop what I and doing. I just dont think its normal texting out the blue like that. Especially a man to a single woman. Its just a small thing compared to others but upsets me the rest of the time left.

You've not said, but I presume you're asking about a mobile phone and when you block an individual number. The answer is that the blocking acts as a unconditional divert-all to call, and reject to text messages. Calls will divert unconditionally to voicemail (or elsewhere, if you configure your diverts accordingly), texts will simply not deliver.

Printing texts - depends what the motivation is. If it's purely your interest, then you'd best be looking at phone backup software, and seeing what functionality there may be to read the contents. EE as a network operator wouldn't offer anything here.

If there is criminal activity alleged, that's different - and you should report that to the Police. Legal authorities have their own processes, if just blocking the offending user doesn't achieve the necessary aims.

I very much doubt it. As I mentioned, blocking a mobile number results in no text messages being received from that number. If messages are not being received, there's nothing to store or save.
