Scam email?

Hi, I’ve received an email which does look like an email from EE but I also think that it can be a scam. Can you please confirm for me if this email is legit or scam?

As @Northerner mentioned, this definitely isn't a genuine email from us.

It's always worth checking the email address that's sent it, and we would always address you personally rather than just by your email address.

To help flag this with our security team, can you please forward it to phishing@ee.co.uk?

You've got to be so careful with these kind of emails, and it's always best to be vigilant and err on the side of caution if you're unsure!

Also received scam email this morning

I checked my bank account and bill had been paid three days earlier so this is a scam

This certainly isn't from EE, as we'd never ask you to follow a link to input your details. If you forward this to 7726 so we can look into the origins of this.
